You don’t have to be in a good mood to be positive, you are allowed to be in any mood, just capture your mood of the day and get on with it in just 2 mins.

(Here’s a trick that works: capture your mood, you may feel for a brief moment that the load on your shoulder is slightly lighter, take that moment to say something positive, all you have to do is find one thing positive. Almost everything has a positive angle to it, and if nothing comes up, you can always do something positive. Call a friend, learn something new on the internet, do something nice for someone else, the possibilities are endless !)
